Rick is a founding partner of Agree (1993). He has a busy conflict management practice specializing in commercial, civil and workplace mediation as well as conflict management training, arbitration and Partnering. He also has a broad range of experience in workplace matters, including workplace investigation and fact-finding, workplace assessment and restoration, mediation, conflict coaching and conflict management training. Rick’s past practice includes working as a civil litigation lawyer and ombudsman.
