Marshall Schnapp
Marshall Schnapp is an Associate with Agree, with more than a decade of dispute resolution experience.
Marshall helps organizations, people and lawyers resolve disputes efficiently and successfully. His services include training, workplace and civil mediations, workplace assessments, ombuds services, conflict management system design, workplace investigations, facilitations, coaching and arbitration services.
Marshall currently serves as the Respectful Workplace Ombudsperson for the City of London and is a member of the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) where he acts as both a mediator and adjudicator. Marshall is a member of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
He is also a Board Member for the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto and was a Board member for the ADR Institute of Ontario from 2018 to 2023. As well, he was the Chair of the Complaint and Resolution Council for Student Societies, University of Toronto from 2017 to 2022.
