Kelly Brown

Kelly is an Associate and the Client Relations Manager with Agree Inc.

As the Client Relations Manager, Kelly manages client inquiries, diagnoses, and recommends interventions for each client’s needs. Kelly liaises with clients at all stages of projects to ensure the smooth delivery of Agree’s services.

As an Associate, Kelly assists in mediations, workplace assessments, conflict coaching, interviews, training, refereeing, construction partnering, and team restorations.

Qualifications

• Masters of Peace and Conflict Studies
• Bachelors of Peace and Conflict Studies
• Instructor of Conflict Resolution at Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo
