Marshall has extensive experience in dispute resolution, focusing particularly on workplace environments. His skills cover assessments, mediation, restoration processes, and union-management training. Since 2010, he has been recognized as a skilled dispute resolution practitioner, earning respect for his effective conflict resolution in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors.
Marshall is known for his tailored approach to conflict management in the workplace. He designs mediations, custom workshops and provides personalized coaching that empowers participants to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
Marshall has mediated over two thousand cases, covering workplace, employment, personal injury, human rights, and commercial disputes, showcasing his ability to navigate complex issues.
As an experienced conflict management trainer, Marshall has facilitated courses on dispute resolution at institutions including Conrad Grebel University College and George Brown College. He currently serves as the Respectful Workplace Ombudsperson for the City of London, applying his skills to improve workplace relations.
Marshall holds a Law degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is also an invited member of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
