This process proceeds in a way that is "soft on the people and hard on the problem." In other words, the emphasis is not on who is to blame, but rather on how can the parties work together cooperatively to achieve their goals in the future.

Interventions focus on meeting the challenges of the present crisis but, as well, maximize the probability that solutions arrived at now will hold over time. This frequently involves follow up and monitoring procedures that Agree can provide or design for in-house implementation.
